Founder
Susan and Brian are the founders of Hina Environmental Solutions and were responsible for the vision and direction of the members of the company. They strived to create profit without compromising on ethical principles and being consistent with the vision and mission statement of the company.
Susan was responsible for organizational planning, financial planning and execution, external partnerships, government accreditations, overseeing marketing and public relations and human resources.
They have now past the torch to their most trusted employees and Teammates Bounsy Keohaname and Brian Walker.

Mr. Walker is our leader in completing Lead Risk Assessments, Asbestos Surveys as well as Asbestos & Lead Abatement and Radon measurement and mitigation. His duties also include completing asbestos surveys and assists in writing proposals for upcoming projects. Brian’s previous and current Real Estate agent experience is an asset to the company and clients as well.

Ms. Little is responsible for managing the day-to-day office operations including, but not limited to the following: accounting (Account Receivable and Account Payable, contractor payment documents, entering bills and receipts). Lynnda has 21 years of retail management and 10 years of project coordination, human resources, warehouse inventory and scheduling in the commercial flooring business. Lynnda is also the biggest Columbus Blue Jackets fan. "Let's go Jackets!!!"

Mrs. Montgomery oversees the administrative duties that include project coordination of all projects starting with the bidding process and continuing to project close out. These tasks include project set up, notifying government agency personnel, maintaining project documentation, assisting Team Leaders to ensure they are successful in the field, and ensuring the project is completed with success and customer satisfaction. Her personality keeps our clients and personnel happy and positive.

He oversees the Radon Department and fleet maintenance with the assistance of the software program NetworkFleet. As the safety manager he is responsible for ensuring the safety of the workplace. The manager accomplishes that by planning, coordinating, administering and implementing the safety goals of the company to reduce or eliminate occupational injuries, illnesses, deaths, and financial losses. Another one of Mr. Holstein duties is supervision of asbestos abatement project as well as asbestos surveys as needed. He is the “Rover Back” for the Hina Team Mates.
